
Faith Based Ministry Bylaws
Article I – Name and Purpose

The name of this ministry is Servant’s Heart Local & Global Ministries.

Its purpose is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ locally and globally through outreach, discipleship, and service.
Article II – Mission

To fulfill the Great Commission by connecting people, ministries, and resources to reach the unreached, uplift the discouraged, and demonstrate the love of Christ through service.
Article III – Statement of Faith

This ministry shall operate in accordance with the Statement of Faith listed above.
Article IV – Leadership

The ministry shall be led by a servant-leader (currently Lou Martinez) and may have an advisory team for accountability, prayer, and guidance.

Additional volunteers or team members may assist with operations, missions, teaching, or outreach.
Article V – Activities - Ministry activities include, but are not limited to:

Local and global outreach

Missions trips

Discipleship classes and trainings
-
Prayer and gospel-sharing efforts
-
Partnership with churches, nonprofits, and Christian organizations
Article VI – Finances

The ministry is funded through donations, personal contributions, and sales of ministry-related goods (e.g., t-shirts).

No profit shall be used for personal gain. All funds shall be used for ministry purposes.

Financial records shall be kept for transparency.
Article VII – Non-Political

The ministry shall not engage in political campaigning or endorse candidates.

The focus shall remain on Christ-centered outreach and service.
Article VIII – Dissolution

If the ministry dissolves, any remaining assets shall be given to a like-minded ministry or church that aligns with this faith and mission.
